DAY TWELVE
~ Journey's End! ~

...The odor was incredible...
They say that fresh fish have very little odor... but if that's true then there was a 'BIG UGLY' lurkin' about somewhere 'round 'ere! Some thing must've made it past the sorting operation! Why, even the creepy little bits were chokin' it up and holdin' their noses! GHASTLY!!!
Pretty soon the man creatures started to complain and hunt all about. And you won't believe what they found! It was a thing from the legends of old... the putrifying tentacle of a Giant Squid! I saw it! It was nearly 60 feet long, and all oozin' gray mass... UTTERLY REPULSIVE!!!
You know, it occurs to me now that it's rather like the story of our lives sometimes, isn't it? Everything looks all right to anybody who's watchin'... but there's something smelly lurkin' about, just oozin' into all the little corners and stinkin' up our lives! And we're so busy just livin' life that we don't even notice until we nearly pass out from the smell!
But what can we do about it? Well, I'll tell you what the man creatures did. As I said, first they noticed something wrong and then they searched everywhere until they found the source. And there was quite a discussion amongst them about how to separate it from the rest of the shipment without creatin' contamination! Very important, that... keepin' all the ooze from spreadin' about.
What happened next was unthinkable... but it did happen. The man creatures decided that the best thing to do was to wash away all of the bad bits... just like THE CREATOR's love did for the man creatures! But guess what else got washed away? That's right... me, Sylvie, that's what!
And the most amazin' thing happened... I became a part of The Living Water as I was washed right overboard! The things I saw... I'd never imagined it could be like this... to become a part of something greater and more powerful than myself! No longer Sylvia P. Fflake, flake on her own, but Sylvia, at one with The Living Water... stronger and more powerful because now I am not alone!
...And so my journey had come to an end,
but was even now a new beginning...
Yet a new beginning even more wonderful for the man creatures who do not change in form as I do, but in spirit so that they may be drawn closer to THE CREATOR!
